The Mission

McNeish Homes is dedicated to quality construction and finishing of period homes in South West London & Surrey.

As such, a typical project might be extending the loft, the kitchen to an open plan style and refurbishing completely the house, installing new windows and doors, carpentry and decorating throughout. Sometimes just a single element of that. Most of our work is for London professionals and families and we aspire to involve our clients in the process, enabling them to make informed decisions throughout the build process.

We help customers throughout helping them choose and procure the kitchens, bathroom fittings, doors etc they would prefer and advising on how to best reach their vision and achieve good value. We aim to maintain high standards – whether brickwork, plumbing or carpentry.

Who We are..

McNeish Homes Ltd was incorporated in 2002 and has been run successfully by Mike Mungavin throughout that time. Prior to that Mike had nearly 10 years experience in the Royal Marines and now lives in Wimbledon with family. The main focus has been period homes in South West London but there have been country homes and developments of apartments along the way.

Mike’s experience and management is matched by his teams’ skills, their competence and ability – made up largely of UK residents of Polish, Ukrainian and Brazilian origin. We believe key is not to overstretch resources – we are never engaged in more than 2 to 3 projects at once, meaning tight management, good service and clear communication.
